We are beyond excited to welcome Quentin Paillard of the stunning Champagne house - PIERRE PAILLARD, to take take us on a deep dive of the region and this iconic beverage.
We have made a mission of representing the greatest small "Grower" producers in the world at Nouvelle. One of our current favorite producers around is without question - PIERRE PAILLARD. They are making some of the most complex and stunning wines we have ever had. Their philosophy for distinct stylistic production and farming practices is breathtaking in their pursuit of quality.
We had the great pleasure of getting to know Quentin Paillard, and visit his family estate in Champagne, last year. The family history goes back 4 generations in the region and to say he knows a lot about this incredible wine would be an understatement.
Join us on Wednesday - June 11th for a one of kind experience. Our owner & sommelier, John Grisanti (Master of Champagne - FWSG), is going to be sitting down with Quentin for a live interview discussion about what makes Champagne so beloved while we drink the wines from his domaine. We will go deep into the history of the region, his family philosophy, the future of Champagne/wine industry, and have a lot of laughs telling stories while we sip on world class CHAMPAGNE.

More importantly we are going to get to taste four truly iconic bottlings from their most legendary vineyard sites. To say this one is going to be special, would be an understatement.
To help us explore such prestigious wines, we are asking the maestro of Italian imports - David DuBou from Indigenous Selections to come break it down for us.

Maxime is the right hand man at the winery and childhood best friends of Adrien Bergere. He has wild depth of knowledge for not just this amazing domaine but the land of Champagne. He is a true expert of the region.

We are excited to announce our 3rd annual - “Riesling Riders” festival.
Join us on Sunday - June 22nd 2025 @ 1pm to celebrate this absolutely incredible grape varietal that is often misunderstood (no it’s not all sweet).
The fresh crew @rettasscoops will be slinging some tasty treats while our buddies @squeeze_bot will be playing their glorious polka-jazzed spiked pop hits!
We will have a ridiculously deep list of selection of Rieslings from all over the world, including glass pours from a super dope 6L bottle of GG (best vineyard site)!

Our summer GARDEN JAZZ SERIES is back people!
Come by every weekend (Friday & Saturday) in the summer to enjoy jazz in Nouvelle’s garden. You will catch some of Louisville’s finest jazz musicians playing some super deep cuts while you sip on wine and cocktails.
