We could not be more excited to announce our WINE SHOWCASE with Skurnik Wine & Spirits!
Join us on Sunday – August 10th, 2025 from 1pm-4pm for a deep dive into this stunning portfolio with a tasting of 30+ wines, plus an ability to add on “CHAMPAGNE ROOM” exclusive to taste some of the worlds greatest Grower-Champagnes.
Skurnik Wine & Spirits is an absolutely stunning custodian of great wine coming into this country and has been helping Nouvelle Bar & Bottle bring some of the best selections into this community for years. Their portfolio is chalked full of so much tantalizing juice it is simply mind blowing. This event will give you a whirlwind glimpse into just how deep this group roles. You will not want to miss this an awesome little day of wine madness.
Tickets get you a tasting glass with free rein to taste wines though out the duration of event + a presale sheet (all wines will be available for purchase at discounted price during the event).
“The Champagne Room” is an exclusive area dedicated to all those bubble heads to explore some of the greatest Grower producers around. We will be showcasing a bunch of fantastic bottles through out the event. This element can be added on as additional supplement to the day.

Spain is an incredibly large country with a diverse range of traditions but it has always been on the cutting edge of food and beverage, creating new movements leading to revolutions in this industry. In this installment we are exploring old school benchmarks that broke the mold in setting the standards and exploring new wave wineries turning heads with their out of the box styles.
There will be a whole lot to talk about and a lot of great juice to drink.

It’s back y’all! Our last patio party of the summer.
Join us on Sunday - July 20th 2025 from 1pm - 6pm to sweat out that summer heat with some ice cold rose with a little help from our friends!
@taqueria.aguila will be slinging some soulful Mexican bites while our good friends from BRAZUKAS (@meghanpund ) will keep us grooving with sweet Bossa Nova / Brazilian inspired jams!
We will have a giant list of roses from all over the world, including some big bottles of juicy madness. Don’t miss out on this wild wet hot summer party!

Our summer GARDEN JAZZ SERIES is back people!
Come by every weekend (Friday & Saturday) in the summer to enjoy jazz in Nouvelle’s garden. You will catch some of Louisville’s finest jazz musicians playing some super deep cuts while you sip on wine and cocktails.
