In this session of our wine education series, we will look at the legacy of KERMIT LYNCH, whose legendary wine import company set the standard for all those to follow. With the help of Greg Powell, national director of brand sales, we will dive deep into stories from Kermits adventures along the wine route through the producers he has championed! The evening is sure to be filled with incredible tales and a rich history lesson the wine importing trade, plus we get to drink some seriously delicious juice!

You know, we are always so ready to party with you after our annual two week winter break. So next year we asked our dear friend from Champagne - Sacha Geoffroy of the iconic grower producer house Geoffroy to help us throw one hell of a party and kick those DRY JANUARY vibes out the door!
Come join for our welcome back “RE-OPENING” Champagne Party! We will be putting together a slappin deep list of Sacha’s wines including juicy pours from some really really BIG bottles that are sure to whet your whistle!
Geoffroy Champagne is a truly historic family name in the village of Cumieres in the Vallee De La Marne region of Champagne. Sacha is the current generation wine maker with the help of her father Jean Baptiste and together they are making outrageously delicious bubbles that represent pure expressions of Champagne!

GROWERS NOT SHOWERS - Champagne Party
It is back!
We are beyond excited to announce our 4th annual “Growers Not Showers” party, on Saturday - February 21st, 2026 @ 6pm.
We are obsessed with Champagne produced from small family-owned estates (GROWERS) so to celebrate that love, we are throwing an all-out party with our James Beared Nominated friend chef Noam Bilitzer & his spectacular team of Meesh Meesh.
This event will feature an open Champagne bar with pours from some of our favorite producers including: Mousse & Fils, Rene Geoffroy, Chartogne Taillet, Pierre Paillard, A Bergere, Laherte Feres, amongst many others + a few BIG bottles to really spread the joy! There will be an absurdly sensational spread of bites, decadent raw bar, and the now iconic fried chicken / caviar cart along with many other surprises ! We are bringing in a DJ to spin those great vibes all night so buckle up y'all.

As you know, we are totally obsessed with Champagne! We have a “Completely Irresponsible” and award-winning Champagne list plus our owner John Grisanti is the only CHAMPAGNE MASTER (French Wine Scholar Guild) in Kentucky.
Now we are taking that obsession to new absurdities in our program by launching “TUESDAY TOASTS”
Starting in October we will be picking a different cuvee of Champagne from our favorite producers to pour by the glass every Tuesday! You heard us right! CHAMPAGNE BY THE GLASS – EVERY TUESDAY!
It is going to be an incredible way to try an ever-evolving selection of terroir expressions and house styles. Trust us when we say there won’t be any duds in these picks and we are bound to pull some pretty silly out right bangers along the way!

BIG BOTTLE THURSDAYS
You know we love big bottles and we cannot lie …
Starting in October we decided to let the weekend start early, so every Thursday we will popping a fresh MAGNUM to pour by the glass.
Some things are just more fun in a large format and our big bottle selections are bound to get wild. Thursday will be an excellent way to try some really special wines that aren’t always available at Nouvelle and certainly will be a blast to pour for ya!
Come by Thursdays to taste some pretty exclusive big bois!
