SPARKLING WINE - 4/29 (Monday)
Dare we say that bubbles make everything better? Is all sparkling wine Champagne? What is Cava or Prosecco? Does it matter where it's from? These are the questions we will break down in our class that explores those beautiful bubbles in a glass.
We'll pour four different sparkling wines from around the world, and explore the bounty of sparkling wine with Masters of Champagne himself - John Grisanti!

We are setting sail through the coast of the Mediterranean in search of some incredible juice being made on the islands / coasts of these old European wine cultures. With a viticulture heritage that is as old as wine making itself, these areas are making waves in the modern wine world.
Come discover lesser known grapes and regions of Spain, Portugal, Italy and Greece.

RIESLING RIDERS Festival
We are excited to announce our 2nd annual - “Riesling Riders” festival.
Join us on Sunday - June 23rd 2024, from 1pm - 8pm to celebrate this absolutely incredible grape varietal which is often misunderstood (no it’s not all sweet).
@meeshmeesh_med_ lou will putting together a totally whacky “German-Inspired” mash up menu while @squeeze_bot will playing their glorious polka-jazzed spiked pop hits!
We will have a giant list of different Rieslings from all over the world, including glass pours from a super dope 3L bottle of GG (best vineyard site) from one of favorite producers in the world - Donnhoff Vineyards.
